They are excavating the land I purchased on the upper road above the villa, which will be for the parking spaces. It was very hard work even with the large diggers we were using.

Building work must stop now from June to September.
The builders will have to find alternative work over the summer in their own country Albania and we may have to wait a while for them to be available again, once they are allowed to start work after the summer break.

Excavating For The Pool

The project had to be put of hold because of incorrect purchase registration details and various planning problems, which had to be sorted out.
Good news is that we started again today, which is extremely exciting.
All the excavation work needs to be done first before they start building the villa and they are now digging out the pool.
