Glass Conservatory

The glass will not go into this conservatory until the very end of the project, just in case it gets damaged.
Vlado has kindly built this conservatory for me himself as I had found it impossible in Montenegro to get anything near what I wanted. I could have got it elsewhere in Europe but the budget I have for this part of the project would not allow such a huge expense.
It has been a long project and every step of the way I needed to have a maximum amount I'm prepared to spend on each area of this project. Budgeting is of key importance to the success of any project.

Pool Construction

At the far end of this pool (next to the deep end) there will be an underground technical room, for all the equipment needed for this saltwater pool.

Real Stone Floor

Vlado, Stefan and I stopped to look at the view down onto the Bay for Kotor as we drove on the Niksic road searching for an alternative to the real stone we are using at Zabrdje, for all the ground floor flooring.
Cobra quarry in Kotor is having big problems producing the 80 x 80 x 02 cm stone tiles I have specified, because of an unexpected fault with their machinery and it is taking them a really long time to do my order.
On this trip we were unable to find anything else as beautiful and perfect for Zabrdje house as the stone Cobra quarry has.
We will have to wait for the quarry to produce what we want, which will hold everything up for a while.

The underfloor heating has been completed and installed under the concrete floor in the hall and is waiting for the 80cm x 80cm real local stone floor tiles to be laid on top.
Window Sills Finished

The only thing left to do now to the windows is to concrete around them to make them flush with the wall.
