On this visit to Montenegro, I decided to see if it is possible to find people who could help me move forward with a building project here.
I needed to find an English-speaking local architects who would submit my drawings to the municipality, as well as a reliable company to carry out the construction.
I also had meetings in Kotor with my solicitor and bank, where I arranged to give my solicitor the legally authority to act on my behalf whenever I'm out of the country.
