Milovici Parking Space

In the summer of 2008, I became interested in purchasing a small piece of land just up the hill from my house in Milovići. I intended to use the land as a shaded parking space for my car. The land in question was owned by someone who, according to a neighbour, lived in Belgrade, but nobody knew how to contact them.
Today, three years later, my solicitor informed me that someone from Belgrade had contacted her after hearing that I had been inquiring about their land. I told my solicitor that I was still interested and asked her to proceed with the purchase process.
